In all honesty I found 23 things very challenging and for me the only really useful thing I learned was Thing 13 - Discover delicious (unfortunately the tutorial access was denied). I want to discuss this tool with the other members of the Acquisitions team at our next staff meeting.

Some of the other stuff was fun and at least I know what is out there but I’m unlikely to use much of it either in my work role or in my personal life.

I found the method of learning, self paced using a computer, challenging and in fact used other library staff members as tutors to help with this problem.
